Vicki Petalas
FNP-CBSN, MSN
Vicki completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Northeastern University. For more than 20 years she practiced in the ICU, school system, and long-term care serving ages 5 through 100. Vicki loved the complexity of the critically ill and older adult population which prompted her to return to school. She received her Master's degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Simmons University. Vicki has worked in Family Medicine, Addiction Medicine, and long-term care as a Nurse Practitioner. She quickly realized treatment resistant depression is a consistent theme. She was thrilled when she learned about the therapies offered at IPC and the potential to help those suffering from depression for years without any improvement or hope. Vicki joined the care team at IPC in 2022. She enhances the team with her holistic approach to care, integrating her formal training, her professional experience and her personal passions. Her enduring optimism is a constant presence in the IPC care environment. She looks forward to working with patients and staff to create a new kind of wellness community. Vicki believes the foundation of depression treatment and recovery stems from the IPC mantra: “We see you, we hear you, we’ve got you.”
