Tia is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) who embarked on her healthcare journey during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, answering the call to serve when caretakers were most needed. With specialized experience in urology and mental health, Tia brings a unique skill set and dedication to patient care to the Innovative Psychiatry Center (IPC) team, where she joined in June 2023. As the TMS Coordinator at IPC, Tia plays a pivotal role in patient care, particularly in the field of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). Her favorite aspect of this role is witnessing the transformation of patients, contributing to their journey toward improved mental health. Known for her bright smile and warm personality, Tia creates a welcoming environment where patients feel valued and supported. Beyond her professional endeavors, Tia finds solace and enjoyment in nature. She cherishes moments outdoors, whether it's taking leisurely walks, visiting the beach, or exploring natural landscapes. Tia's appreciation for nature reflects her balanced approach to life and aligns with her nurturing personality. In addition to her passion for healthcare, Tia harbors a creative flair and dreams of a backup career as a makeup artist for celebrities. Her diverse interests and commitment to patient well-being make her an integral part of the IPC team, embodying the values of compassion, dedication, and professionalism.
