Practice Assistant
Mary is a dedicated Practice Assistant and Certified TMS Technician at Innovative Psychiatry Center (IPC), bringing a diverse academic background and a passion for patient care to her role. She pursued coursework towards a Major in German Language and Literature and a Minor in Linguistics at Drew University before completing her bachelor's degree at Southern New Hampshire University. Joining the IPC team in the Fall of 2022, Mary's role has evolved in tandem with the clinic's growth. She currently holds primary responsibility for navigating the complexities of Prior Authorizations from insurance companies, advocating tirelessly on behalf of patients to ensure they receive necessary treatments. Beyond administrative duties, Mary finds fulfillment in direct patient care, serving as a skilled TMS technician as needed. Outside of her professional commitments, Mary nurtures her creative side through botanical drawing with colored pencil, a hobby that allows her to unwind and explore her artistic talents. An avid reader, she enjoys immersing herself in literature during her leisure time. Mary cherishes moments spent with friends and family, prioritizing quality time and creating lasting memories. Her cell phone is often abuzz with new photos of her godson, whom she adores spoiling from afar. Mary's dedication to patient advocacy, combined with her creative pursuits and strong interpersonal skills, make her a valued member of the IPC team.
